This is just a small mod that adds a small bunker just north of Starlight Drive In. It has all the basics your character would need for normal or survival game play. Best of all it is a separate cell entirely so no need to worry about rad storms. It's designed to mimic what I think a small Civil Defense Bunker would be like, small but capable of supporting a few people for a short amount of time. This mod does not come with a red workbench so it comes as is, sorry not sorry.
Edit: Yes it has safe containers so no respawning.
