in this mod i put the sound silent especially neon signs are annoying overtime and it's not helping me to enjoy settlement mode, so i give you the some request i seen on reddit, some random user request this from that site, hope you guys enjoy this mod as i do. Happy building wastelanders.

- Turns off all the Buzzing sound that generated on Neon Signs
- Turns off All The stutter Sound that generated on neon signs
- Neon signs on/off Still retain its original audio nothing touched
