Changes the Toughness Perk to give a Damage Threshold instead of Damage Resistance.

Toughness Enhanced replaces the Damage Resistance of the perk with a Damage Threshold.
The base functionality of Damage Threshold is provided by Damage Threshold, which is required for this mod.
Enemies which BASE damage is lower than your Damage Threshold will flee from you. Note that they theoretically could still hurt you with a Power Attack, but the AI chooses the path of least resistance. But this should rarely happen in a live game since a level 46 enemy usually has a weapon with a base damage higher than 20 points.
This is incompatible with mods that change the Toughness perk or its effect.
- Rank 1 Toughness gives a Damage Threshold of 3 points
- Rank 2 Toughness gives a Damage Threshold of 6 points
- Rank 3 Toughness gives a Damage Threshold of 10 points
- Rank 4 Toughness gives a Damage Threshold of 15 points
- Rank 5 Toughness gives a Damage Threshold of 20 points
