Adds multiple of every clothing in the game for use with OC decorator using a simple line of text

This batch file manually adds every apparel item placeable by OCDecorator to the OCDecorator workshop menu. The clothing will not be wearable, only placeable in workshop mode using OCDecorator.
To install, place the file "oca.txt" in your game directory, probably at steam\steamapps\common\fallout4. Do not place it in the Data folder.
To use, open the in-game console and type bat oca and then press Enter
