Something I did for fun for my current misfit cannibal character. Don't take it too seriously; I didn't.
I used Ascendia's hood texture from her Wasteland Fashion mod on the left sock so it would match better with the hood. The permissions tab looked like it wouldn't be a problem if credit was given, but if it is, I can and will change it to something else no problem.

I wanted something silly and ratty-looking to run around aimlessly in. Here's the result.

It replaces prisonerrags diffuse and specular ("tattered rags" in game) textures for both male and female.
Not upscaled/HD.
Does not effect meshes.
May look different depending on the mesh you use (Vanilla, CBBE, etc.).
