Homemaker not needed but this mod is pointless without it
also this mod might work with some mod that replaces wasteland trees for pre-war (not tested)

Have you ever wanted to plant a tree with leaves but they look so lush for a post-apocalyptic wasteland?
well i have a solution for you, this mod makes pre-war trees leaves brown. It's made for mods like Homemaker that adds this trees to the building menu.

If you start a new game in the Pre-war version of Sanctuary there will be this trees.
I didn't touched the "institute" green trees so you still have those.
Yes i know the textures are sh*t (same shit as vanilla's, it's just a recolor) but looks good from a distance (i mean not right in front of your face).
