Makes Pipboys obtainable and usable on companions and settlers. Compatible with custom Pipboy textures! Does not req. Vault-Tech DLC!

Although I haven't updated sense march this mod still works fine to my knowledge, not effected by any official patches or DLC.
The new Vault-Tech DLC it seems to add a Pipboy!
Obviously their Pipboy works much better and has custom scripts.
This mod does not conflict with any of the new Vault-Tech DLC files so they should be fine to run together with no issues.
I will be leaving this mod as is for people who don't have the dlc.
Before uninstalling this mod you must remove Pipboys from NPCs otherwise they will still be on them and can't be removed. If this happens just reinstall the mod and remove them, should be no problem.

This is a very small mod that makes pipboys obtainable and usable by companions and settlers.
These pipboys add no value other then looking cool, and you can't equip them yourself.
They work like a normal piece of armor, not like the DLC pipboys.
This does not add pipboys to any new NPCs, they are mostly found on residence of Vault 81.
They are also sold by Alexis Combes in Vault 81.
Value raised to 750 so roughly 1k to buy.
Includes loading screen for extra immersion.
Uses the same model as your own pipboy in 3rd person, so it works well with almost all custom armor from other mods.
Also uses the same texture as your own pipboy, so any texture you use on your own pipboy will appear on these as well.
This helps avoid bugs that many other mods have when editing pipboys to be usable with NPCs.
Works well with CBBE.
Only issues I've seen is when used with a CBBE model and non-CBBE clothing from other mods, nothing I can do about that.
Conflicts with other mods that edit the vault 81 pipboy, or Alexis Combes trading inventory.
Pipboy FormID is 001B9B87 if you wanna spawn these in with the console.
