Use in Game

You craft it in the Chem Lab its under "Dessert" - to avoid the usual categories.

To use equip as a grenade and throw it.

You can retrieve it if you wish in the Menu that opens when you click it. (read below)

Menu Options (please read this so you understand it):

1-Take it

2-Open (open as normal so you can take the scrap - do this before taking it or you'll loose the scraps)

3-Exit (Do Nothing)



>>> I suggest using the usual key "V" (or whatever you use normally to enter Workshop Mode).

>>> If the Workshop Mode doesn't work click on it and choose open, after you can use "V" again.

>>> If you get off Workshop Mode and want to resume doing some changes you need again to click on it and choose open (there's a timer that resets it after 10 seconds).


There is a Quest tracking the location of the last Portable Workshop (in case you get lost) - Check it in Miscellaneous or on your Map 

The quest only shows if you choose it on your Pip-Boy.

You don't need any extra files.

At the moment you have to craft the Grenades and they will be used when you place the Portable Workshop.

You can craft a batch of 10 each time.

I had the functionality of getting it back but with the grenades I thought there was no logic since they explode and was making the code a bit more buggy.

You can't have a container inside your inventory, I could use a misc item but those can't be hot-keyed so I choose the grenades option, they only cost 1 steel each.

Good way to expand existing settlements (outside of it)without messing with editing the area.

Unlimited construction.

Scraped items go inside the new created container - you can retrieve them to use somewhere else.

ATTENTION

This is a powerful tool that can break your game if you scrap some objects, so be careful when using it.
I suggest using Place Everywhere and rotate the objects you want to scrap and see if you get "LOD" issues, specially walls and other big objects.

This mod doesn't add any scrap lists so if you don't have other mods like "Spring Cleaning" or "Scrap Everything" you won't be able to scrap anything else apart from what the game provides as scrap lists.

I am using my own list of scraps but I won't publish it because it might cause to many glitches when people are not careful enough.

There are plenty of mods with scrap lists already so the choice is yours...just search scrap in the Nexus.
