Allows the chef hat to be added to the protectron head in the robot workbench, only works with protectron head, and factory armor.

Get it as a 3 in 1 Here:

Hopefully cDante, author of Moddable Greygarden and Moddable Buddy will be able to get the hat on other types of heads/armors
For now, this is the best I can do.
