About this mod
Changes the cannibal perk to vampire as well as the description. It also gives blood addiction if you drink blood, and has craftable blood packs in chemistry workshop

This mod changes the description and title for cannibal perk.
1.1-Added the title and description for the next 2 stages of the perk
1.5-Added bloodpack addiction and craftable bloodpacks. To get the addiction you need to eat a bloodpack and it will give 5+ health, when starving for blood it will give -3 endurance and strenght.
To craft bloodpacks just go to a chem station and craft a empty bloodbag, after just craft either a bloodpack with bloodleaves or bloodsacs.
I allways played as a vampire both in the elder scrolls unniverse as well as fallout so I made this simple mod for myself and thought about uploading it since I also have this mod for fallout 3 and new vegas.
Cannibal it's changed to vampire and the description now says drink blood to heal your wounds, the option also says drink blood rather than eat corpse.
I will try and change the values so it adds benefits for drinking blood for exemple giving more strenght, endurance and health but still need to explore the fallout4edit a little bit, if not I will try and change it in the fallout 4 geck when it comes out.
