Changes most outdoor weather to a dark purplish haze, including the Glowing Sea.
Certain 'cinematic' moments are not affected, but its mostly purple haze.
No random radstorms, and the Glowing Sea has a slight passive radiation buff to compensate for a lack of lightning rads.
Extremely likely it isn't compatible with another weather mod.
