Removes the random distribution on workshop (and all other) turrets so that you always get the same "Mk. I"/"Mk. VII"/etc. turret on deploy, instead of a randomized one.

Alright, this one's a bit more nuanced, but it's still pretty important.
When you place Machinegun or Heavy Machinegun Turrets via the workshop, they may spawn as one of 4 ranks: Mk. I, Mk. III, Mk. V, and Mk. VII. Each rank becomes available as you hit a specific level (1, 16, 28, and 40, respectively). Fairly basic.
THE PROBLEM
The problem is that each rank does not eliminate the previous rank. That is to say, when you are level 40 a workshop turret may appear as any rank of turret, not just as a Mk. VII. Most people wind up picking up and putting down their turrets over and over until they deploy as the intended rank.
THE FIX
This mod alters the leveled NPC list so that each progressive rank replaces the last one. Once you hit level 16, Machinegun Turrets will only spawn as Mk. III turrets, so on and so forth. No more picking up and putting down turrets repeatedly to get the highest rank one you can; you'll get it every time.
NOTES
Due to the way these lists are structured, this fix also applies to the other tripod-styled turrets found throughout the Commonwealth. Yes, this technically will make things harder. You have been warned.
