Allows you to craft the Plasmid Bioshock chem at any chemistry station. This chem has a default duration of 5 seconds which is increased by the chemistry perk. While active it will attempt to electrocute anyone within a 1200 unit proximity of you, while draining your health and AP slowly. Enemies electrocuted are knocked down as well from the force of the blast.
