You can only save by sleeping at a bed. Because I couldn't wait for survival mode.

I got impatient waiting for survival mode so I made this mod which makes it so you can only save your game by sleeping in a bed. I've been playing it with some other increased difficulty mods and its absolutely terrifying, reminds me of playing Darksouls.
This mod removes the Quicksave and Save option from the MainMenu and also disables the quicksave hotkey.
REQUIREMENTS
This mod requires F4SE in order to unmap the quicksave button. You can download F4SE here
SETUP
Install F4SE
Copy this mods files into your data folder
While in game open the main menu -> settings and turn off
Should look like this
UNINSTALL (cause lets face it you're gonna rage quit eventually)
delete data\interfaces\MainMenu.swf
delete data\F4SE\CustomControlMapping.txt
