Standalone Philippines Flag

My very first retexture (turned mod) was to rep the Philippines, and I've seen a couple retextures but few standalone versions around on Nexus so I decided to publish it. Like my Shrek Flag, this adds a craftable Filipino flag without replacing any existing faction flag. Rep your country and your faction at the same time, because we can :)
