Author notes
Modders Resource - Anything in it is free to use to create your own mods. Credit is nice, though. :)
Other Parts of the Mod - Depends how you're using the assets, as long as you are creating new things with them I'm generally okay with it. If you're not sure if something is okay, ask. I do my best to get back to PMs promptly.

WarWolfX - For the inspiration. I saw what they did with the hunting rifle textures (creating camo from in game screenshots) and decided to have a go at it for armor.
Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
If you're not using the AE version, you need to access these items with the console. They are otherwise perfectly functional on their own and can be upgraded at the workbench.
Recommended to wear over Road Leathers or Fatigues. Use Eli's Mufflers for scarf. Brown, Grey, Red and Green Balaclava look good depending on which camo you are wearing, but Brown definitely looks best overall. Or a gasmask, that looks cool too.
CHANGELOG V1.1 - Update, Real 1st Version - Added 4 addtional camo variants, rebuilt the .esp properly, invisible 1st person model included properly this time to fix that glitch, also released AE patch at the same time. Yahoo! V1.0 - Experimental version - Buggy (forgot 1st person models), rough idea, version I made to test it out, not properly named, etc.
