What's a Bottlecap Mine without Caps. I was a bit mystified as to why a Bottlecap Mine didn't require Bottlecaps to craft one. I made this little mod for myself cause didnt see anything out there. You now require 20 Caps when crafting Bottlecap Mines. Plus now a new a version that requires 30 caps. used FO4Edit
