Gives you that little extra space to fortify that settlement better.

It's really not an "over the top" expansion of Oberland Station, but it gives you about 20 to 25 percent more space to build.

For users, like me, that are using those concrete shack foundations als walls around their settlements, it gives you a bit more then two more rows in every direction.

Only problem is the upper corner with the massive amount of large trees, at least, you can't remove them with Spring cleaning.

As shown on the last image, the stands are manned, even when in the expanded zone.

Update:

I had some time off, so I tried something new and this is the outcome, an shore-side addition to the Oberland Station !

Look at the added pictures, the smaller version doesn't add that much of land, but the oupost is big enough to place at least two, maybe three water purifiers !

Settler probably won't go there, but I haven't tested this - turrets build there do count towards the main area value, as does water, cause the whole thing woudn't make sense if it wouldn't, right ? ;-)

Attention: If you are using my all-in-one expansion < 0.4a, you probably can use this mod too, but it would have to be placed behind the aio in the load order.

If you are only using the original esp, you can just rename the new file and replace the old one !

Attention: It seems like that Bugthesda has made some undocumented changes to some of the settlements with update 1.6.x, so that the changes, I am providing with this mod, might not be active or resulting in smaller zones.

The changes are, that they turned the settlement into a cell of it's own AND relocated the center, being able to cope better with the events surrounding this settlement - the downside is, that it will take a lot of time to fix this and that I actually don't have enough time.

Thanks to bill8872 , I can provide you with a solution for the "shrunken build area"-issue.
Like he was stating in the bugs section: open the console and type in "resetquest patch_1_6" , without the quotes, and you should be able to use the whole area again - I have tested it with Jamaica Plains and my expansion was back in full effect !

In case that this won't work, cause the console is showing that the "reset" command is not recognized by the game, instead just use "quest patch_1_6", or "patch_1_6" without the quotes.

Also: if you want to use a version, different to that included in the aio, you have to place that version after the aio in the load order - also, you have to enter workshop mode at least once !
