Allows you to recover mods from weapons without scrapping them.

Updated to 1.1. You can now remove any weapon part. Removing anything but the weapon's sights will cause it to stop functioning entirely (removing the sights merely drastically reduces your accuracy).
Removing the receiver will still entirely dismantle most weapons.
This mod should be compatible with any other, including mods that add new weapons, so long as they've correctly mimicked Bethesda's keyword system.
A Word Of Warning: If the only option displayed is "No <part>", Do Not Build It!
it will permanently screw up that weapon. This is an unavoidable problem caused by Bethesda allowing some weapons to receive parts they do not actually have; an example is the Gatling Laser, which is flagged to allow a grip. Building a 'no grip' on it will break it entirely.
Weapons will function just fine once they have had a regular receiver re-equipped, no other mods needed. It will look extremely strange, it will not gain the benefits of all those mods, but it will otherwise function perfectly well. I leave it to your own conscience as to whether or not you're fine with using a gun which is, essentially, just a floating firing mechanism.
