This is mostly a modders resource for creating reshade presets. Used to get a neutral palette to build from.
However anyone can use it.

You can redistribute these texture files with your presets just link back to this page somewhere on the mod description
Install instructions:
1:Edit sResourceDataDirsFinal in your fallout4.ini
located here:
%YourPC%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
Look for this line of text:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
Now make the following adjustments:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\,TEXTURES\
