This is a small and simple mod that edits the description and aims to make the Scrounger Rank 4 perk more desirable. Made with FO4Edit.

Description:
While poking around the Fallout Wikia, I came across the page for the Scrounger perk and saw that the description for rank 4 is incorrect and also that rank 4 is not worth the investment because it gives you a 5% chance to receive a free magazine when your gun is emptied. I decided to tweak the perk a bit to make it worthwhile. I edited the description to match what the perk actually does and increased the chance from 5% to 20%. As of version 1.3 the chance is affected by your Luck, every rank in Luck gives you 2% chance for the perk to activate up to 40%. Luck values over 20 don't have a higher chance.
This is a simple mod. Give me suggestions and recommendations in the comments.
NOTE: The perk does not work for the Gattling Laser, Junk Jet and Syringer Rifle.

v 1.2 - reworked the perk, so that it increases the chance based on your Luck up to 20%
v 1.3a - increased the chance cap to 40% with 20 Luck and added priority values, that I have missed, which may help with reported chance inconsistencies.
Installation:
Nothing fancy, just place the .esp into the data folder, or use NMM.
Compatibility:
No incompatibilities that I'm aware of. Contact me if you see any and I'll try to make a patch.

Should be fine wherever it's placed.
