GOAL: Make stimpaks an emergency health item and force players to utilize food, water, and sleep in order to keep their health full. To provide more balance to the game.
Unless you heal with food and sleep you will burn through stimpaks because the base healing is now only 10%. They work over twice as fast as before which makes them a great emergency item for survival difficulty where healing is slow.
Stimpaks not only heal less but they cost more to buy and also require chemistry 2 in order to craft them.
Medic now only gives 50% healing at max level. Life Giver has a slight boost for higher level tiers instead of always giving 20hp. A higher maximum health from this perk combined with more endurance will help get more health recovery from stimpaks without negating the need to utilize alternative healing methods.
