To make the bubbles I use the elipse tool, then rasterize the shape. Then the pen tool to draw the tail and convert point tool to curve it. Then right click and fill path with white. Then right click and delete path. Finish it off with layer - stroke 1px with black.
The sound fx letters I use a gradient overlay, then type - warp text, then edit - free transform path, then stoke 3px with black, then rasterize layer style and stroke 6px with another color. Make sure you use free transform before you rasterize the text or it will distort it.
The fonts I used here are "Smack Attack" and "BadaBoom BB".
...god dammit. Now I have to buy it.
And play it.
On my rig that creaks if you threaten to breathe on it.
