    Do you think you could also do some older guns to compliment this and your power-armor? I don't mean like specifically designed for power armor, but like WW1-era guns that could fit in with the 1890's to 1920's era period, which Bioshock captures the feel of.

    Seeing this makes me wish there were unarmed weapons made specifically for power armor, like an oversized Power Fist or something.

      I would say its doable, im pretty sure you can add a script onequip to check if the player is in power armor. Also the players animations for the Ripper weapon could work for this weapon (id imagine anyways). Attacking in the water is a race trait you could possibly toggle. Ive noticed this as a side effect in my mod "swimming enemies"
