You could add it to Far Harbor, call it a Deep Sea Pressure Suit or something. Looks like what's you might see used for salvage operations in the Fallout universe.

I'd love this PA! Is there a date we should be waiting for?

This looks fantastic, but my main concern is how tiny the view port is.

All historic and modern diving exosuits have either HUGE view ports, or multiple smaller ones. Given how the helmet looks like you're not going to be able to turn your head very well, let alone look up or down, I think it needs quite a few more view ports for it to look believable.

    Otherwise it looks great.

It was shaped after the Rosie (it's a male) big daddy from bioshock 1 and 2, The shape of the helmet could have been intended to prevent risks of decapitation or to equip the diver within against the fatal amount of compression of Rapture's below sea level elevation. Since it was made to repair and construct parts of rapture on the sea floor. The big daddy's are very tall and muscular (that was needed due to the high pressure on the bottom). It was also very heavy at around 1200 pounds.
      Here's a picture of a Rosie:

This looks really cool. I hope it allows you to have the benefits of the aqua man/aqua girl perk when worn. Better visibility under water would also be a plus (if possible), it could be argued that maybe the suit has a very bright face lamp that cuts through the murk, also maybe some kind of attachment for moving around under water (something that works like an under water jet pack with propellers and some kind of ballast system instead of jets).

This is so awesome man. I love Bioshock, and this is perfect. The more bioshock things in Fallout 4 the better
