Fusion City Rising uses outfits from other mod authors who kindly allowed us to showcase their work in the mod.  The non-vanilla Fusion City Rising outfits you see are 1) not craftable, and 2) Do not have bodyslide support.  Nor will this functionality be added in a future update.

If you want the outfit to be craftable with bodyslide support, please download the outfit from the original mod author's page, then overwrite Fusion City Rising with it.  If you do that, your outfits will be craftable and the NPC's wearing them will generally have whatever proportions you want.

When updating Fusion City Rising, do not let it overwrite your other outfit mods (just choose "no to all").
