Reduces the size of the Ice Spike and Ice Spear to 50% or 30% of original.

Replaces the Meshes and Textures for the Radiation Suit, giving it a visor or window that you can see your characters face through. Other texture replacers are compatable so long as they do not override the new glass textures. Works for all Radiation Suits and Enclave Scientist Outfits.
