This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
For some odd reason, Fallout 3 normally makes empty-handed attacks have a higher AP cost than unarmed weapon attacks such as Brass Knuckles. This very simple mod lowers the AP cost for empty-hand attacks, making them the fastest unarmed attack in the game (12 AP, which is 3 less than the fastest knuckles in the game).
Installation: Place hundredfists.esp file in Fallout 3 \DATA directory. Activate plugin hundredfists.esp through game launcher.
