Lil Macintosh Unique 44. Revolver
by Mattatatta

***V1.2***
What's new from V1.1: "A Message To Braeburn" is now a fully-voiced note!
Thanks goes to Hannah May for the voicework, and RadioHooves for giving me
permission to use the audio!

Overview:

Adds a Unique Scoped 44. Revolver to the game along with a small backstory.
The weapon has a unique texture, and is locked in a safe that survived the Great War
and the failed attempts of Raiders trying to pry it open.

The stats are higher than a standard 44., but are lower than a vanilla Blackhawk, due
to this weapon being easier to acquire and being intended for the Lone Wanderer to
discover shortly after leaving the Vault.

Idea is based on a story I am reading.

Detailed Information:

Lil' Macintosh is a Unique Scoped 44. Revolver, it has been kept locked in a safe
since the Great War reached it's climax, and so has been left in fantastic condition.
The weapon has an ivory handle, and upon it is an emblem of three red apples.

Upon locating and opening the safe it is found in, the Lone Wanderer shall also
discover a note alongside the weapon, explaining how it came to be locked away in
a safe full of other (minor) treasures.

The safe that the weapon is found in is located west of Vault 101, inside a derelict
barn occupied by Raiders. A Lockpicking skill of 50 is required.

Lil' Macintosh is based on the weapon of the same name in "Fallout: Equestria" by Kkat
(http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/04/story-fallout-equestria.html). The story is a
crossover of the Fallout universe and the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic universe.

As a token of appreciation to the author, and as a lovely weapon addition to Fallout 3, I
decided to take the time to re-create Lil Mac in Fallout 3 along with the same backstory
given in "Fallout: Equestria".

Install:

***NOTE****
If you are updating from V1.1 with an on-going save, you will have to perform a clean save without the previous file installed. Then install this new version, and recollect Lil Macintosh from the safe where it is usually found.

This is only necessary if you want to hear the audio file. Otherwise, the written note shall be removed from your inventory (since it no longer exists), but the weapon will be left alone.
***END NOTE***

Unzip the folders and .esp into the game's Data folder, click "Yes to all" if prompted.
Check the LilMac.esp file in FOMM

Uninstall:

Examine the folder structure of this zip file to locate the files you need to delete.
Or just uncheck the LilMac.esp file in FOMM

Credits:

Mattatatta - for finally doing something more advanced than tweaking NPC health

Kkat - for writing an incredible crossover fiction involving Fallout and ponies, titled:
"Fallout: Equestria". And for giving me the inspiration to create this mod.

Hannah May - For her voicework that made this more true to the source.

The audio is derived from the radio drama of Fallout: Equestria, written and produced by RadioHooves, many thanks goes to him!
