1. ABOUT
Cpt. Jack Harkness is a 51st century Time Agent, leader of the British Alien Combat Organisation 'Torchwood' and close
friend and ally of the Doctor, a Time Travelling alien from the planet Gallifrey. He is also a Multiversal anomaly that
cannot die.
Jack has somehow ended up in the Fallout Universe with only his upgraded .33 pistol and a faulty Vortex Manipulator, a
piece of 51st century time travelling and teleporting technology.
Jack's going to need your help to get around the Wasteland, and who knows what opportunities may arise?
Jack can:-
- Follow
- Wait at a specific location
- Be summoned via Vortex Manipulator using your Pipboy
** Jack's vortex manipulator can be obtained, but how you do that is upto you to find out... **
** BEWARE! YOU ONLY HAVE ONE OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN THE VORTEX MANIPULATOR! **
