There are already a lot of Pip-Boy re-textures out there, but most of them are just recolored versions of the original. For this texture
I used the UV maps as a guide to make a fresh texture. The idea behind it was; Why after 200 plus years is everything still filthy? Trash
everywhere, skeletons in the houses people are living in, and all of the people are filthy. You can drink irradiated water, but you can't
wash your damn face with it? The player character grew up in the vault so he/she would likely be far less tolerant of such grime building
up on something that is attached to his/her arm 24-7. The textures are available in 4096 and 2048, and include a re-worked 2048x2048 normal
map with a proper alpha channel. Both look good even up really close. The 4096 is just there for those that want the best possible textures.
Of course you only need to choose one texture set.

Installation:
To install, just extract the files somewhere and cut and paste the "Textures" folder into your games "Data" folder. After that, run
"ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated"which can be downloaded here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944 Also keep in
mind this was made for the English version of F3. After extracting you will have Textures/Pipboy3000/PC/English/ If you are playing
another language you need to change the folder named "English" to match the language you are playing.

v1.1 *New normal map added to give much better details on the plastic screen hood.
v1.2 *A few tweaks and changes to the main texture and normal map.
*Added a matching texture for the Pip-Boy glove as an option. It still doesn't look that great though because the mesh itself is pretty bad.
*Added blue, green and red button versions in both resolutions.

v1.3 Another and likely the last update. When i first made
this texture the up-down channel in the normal map was
reversed in the speaker area, so there was light where there
should have been shadow and vise-versa. That's now corrected
and I added more details as well for a more realistic look. I
also got to see this file on someone else's monitor recently,
and it looked very gray and washed out. Either he has his
monitor too bright or I have mine too dark. Either way I went
ahead and darkened the texture, and it looks much better now
in my opinion. The older, lighter version is still available
in the old versions section and the corrected normal map as
a separate download in the optional files section. Of course
all five colors are still available.
