Description:

Rebirth is the codename of this project.
The NAC mod is a mod that creates a small new crafting
system.
It uses a portable book instead of the Work Bench.

Things included:

This will add a completely new crafting system to the game.
Instead of a workbench you will use a book that you drop,
so it is kind of a portable workbench.

Just extract everything to:

\Data

Then enable the mod in the Data Files option on your
launcher. Or in FOMM.

How to use(in-game):

Go to moira in megaton(if you blew it up she should be available
in the underworld as a ghoul).

To use the mod. Just drop the booklet anywhere.
Then push E while aiming on it. Then it should
open a menu with available Instructions(similiar to the WB).

Buy the instructions at Moira in megaton.
