Now added the stand-alone version, I degraded a little bit the "blue" of the material.
It uses the vanilla minigun sound buecause I tried a lot to make a custom sound but I don't know how to set in the sound the loop at the corrispondence of the shots.
To install extract the data zipped folder in your fallout 3 folder and say yes to all.
You'll find the minigun in a box in front of Tempenny Tower.

hi there! I downloaded the STALKER MOD by Toxa and once installed I saw that the W_minigun (I like a lot miniguns, and that's like that of film "Predator") had a not so high texture detail... so I decided to make a high res texture of the weapon for my own use.
I think that's right to upload this retext for all those that want's to use that weapon but with a good HD texture.
Thanks to TOXA for STALKER mod 
to install the texture just extract the "texture" folder in your fallout 3 "data" folder
