UPDATE: My Fallout 3 was uninstalled and won't reinstall. Won't be able to update or make changes to this mod for now.

I made this mod because i found Fallout 3 too easy on Very Hard, i would would have alot of stimpacks left lying around so anything i encountered i would always have enough stimpacks to survive it, because of that I originally made this mod for my own personal use but i started making alot of changes and decided that i would be better off sharing my "project" and i've been making sure my mod is compatible with any and all Downloadable Content whenever possible.

Weapon damage is dependant on your weapons' condition while your weapon accuracy depends on your skill with that weapon type, previously Condition and Skill had affected weapon damage, because of that the NPCs (like Raiders) weren't considered much of a threat at high levels, however, a large group of raiders will put you in your place if your not careful enough.
One-handed melee weapons inflict +25% damage and two-handed weapons like the Super Sledge do +50% more damage. This means it makes it better for the player but also melee using NPCs more dangerous.

I made your SPECIAL play a larger part in Fallout 3
Strength making you capable of inflicting more melee damage and giving you a max carry weight of 250(without perks and power armour).
Perception is now 3 times more important when using VATs as it will give you a higher accuracy for ranged weapons.
Players now have normal amount Action Points, A player with 1 AGI will have 6 AP, a player with 10 AGI will have 15. There are also perks which will help you gain APs and even some conditional perks which will give you more APs
Perks have been pretty much overhauled, i spent a fair amount of time trying to replace the unrealistic perks with much better and realistic perks, excluding Ninja.

The most notable change I made would be Radiation and how it affects the player, radiation will slowly chip away (or quickly devour) your HP depending on your radiation level and also reduce your Strength, Endurance and Agility.

Read Uno_Fallout.txt if you wish to investigate what was also changed, you don't have anything to lose. The mod itself is under 100KBs.

Known issues:
Mods which add new weapons etc may not function properly inside of VATs due to the dramatic decrease of Action Points.
