NOTE: Version 1.00a had a bug that prevented it from working properly. If you already downloaded it, I've uploaded a fixed version.
A quick patch for TheFakeEmpire's Ultimate Perk Pack mod, which makes the Pacifist and Realist perks lower your Explosives skill like they're supposed to.
To install: Extract the .esp file to your Fallout 3 Data folder, and set it to load after UPP - Pack 1.esp
To uninstall: Delete the .esp file
Note: For games in progress, you may need to use the console to manually remove and re-add the Pacifist and Realist perks in order to see the corrected effect.
To ensure 100% compatibility, remove the perks before installing, and then re-add them after.
For Pacifist, use
player.removeperk xx001571
player.addperk xx001571 (repeat the addperk command until the desired rank is reached)
For Realist, use
player.removeperk xx001c27
player.addperk xx001c27
Where xx is the Mod index for UPP - Pack 1.esp in FOMM
(And just to clarify, make sure it's the original UPP file, NOT the patch).
