Not a whole lot really. It simply changes weights for misc. items. Some weight more, some less. I tried to give them a bit more realistic weights. For instance .. an empty bottle that weights 1 kilo? yeah right! Also. I'm not sure i got them all but also checked and changed some of the quest items that can't be removed. For instance the Archives Prize Voucher, which can't be removed from your inventory, but does have a weight of 1. Or the ink for exmaple, which doesn't get removed from your inventory when you complete the quest at Button in any other way apart from forgery.
