No Pemalty Metal Armor 1.0

I altered the effects on metal armor to remove the AGI penalty. In Fallout 1 & 2, this AGI penalty was not present.

Install
----------------------------------------

1. Copy the .esp file to your Fallout 3\Data\ folder (default install path is C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data)
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
----------------------------------------

1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from your Fallout 3\Data\ folder
