You will find it in the Old Olney Sewers, so you have to get past DeathClaws to get it >:D
Its pretty much a Heavy Incinerator with a faster ROF and slightly larger clip.
I am thinking of moving it out of Old Olney and giving it a quest but for now it stays at Olney I don't want level 1 characters grab it.
Simply extract to your Fallout3 Data File
