Description

This mod increases the base damage of the Zhu-Rong v418 Chinese Pistol, making it worthwhile to acquire and use.

The same place that the unmodified version is.
Details
=======
When I went to get the unique Zhu-Rong v418 Chinese Pistol I was rather disappointed in its damage. Sure the fire effect is cool but I'd rather have something that was worthwhile in combat. This is even more disappointing because considering the place you need to go to (I won't spoil the location if you haven't figured it out yet) is filled with higher level robots.
Therefore I have substantially increased its damage. The base damage has been increased from 4 to 28 which means it is somewhat weaker than the scoped .44 magnum.
Finally, it is now affected by the Pyromaniac perk. Bethesda left it out of the game and to this day have not patched it.
Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. When asked to overwrite the .esp file select YES
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher or Fallout Mod Manager, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the zhurong.esp file.
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the zhurong.esp file.
2. Delete the zhurong.esp file from \Fallout 3\Data\
Incompatibility
===============
Any other mod that modifies the stats of this unique pistol. It will also be incompatible by any mod that modifies what weapons take advantage of the Pyromaniac perk (unverified). Should be unaffected by texture and mesh mods.
This was made using patch 1.7 so I'm not sure if it will be compatible with any previous version.
