Released on request: Pulled out of my bigger SPO-mod.
- Tag'ed skills now gets raised by +2 per point spent (like in FO1/2).
- Tag also gives an immediate +10 skillpoints to the tagged skill.
- Loadingscreen tips changed to accommodate the above changes.
Incompatibility
===============
This mod will conflict with any other mod that has similar changes to tag.
Set "Tag! - You're it.esp" to load last by using FOMM if you want my changes to take precedence.
