-Description [Broken Steel is necessary] ========================================= The level 30 perk 'Nuclear Anomaly' clearly wasn't designed for people playing on medium or above difficulties. The chances of the 1-20hp trigger being set off are slim as most enemies at level 30 can do more than 20hp worth of damage thereby bypassing the trigger and outright killing you. This mod adjusts the 20hp trigger to a more reasonable 100hp (also available: 50hp version) so that the next time you're fighting a horde of super mutants the perk will have a chance to activate before you have to break out the stimpacks or you're killed.
-Installation ============== Just add the ESP to the Fallout3/Data folder and check it in the F3 Launcher or FOMM.
-Uninstall =========== Uncheck the ESP and delete it from the Data folder.
-Conflicts ========== Anything that changes the 'Nuclear Anomaly' perk
