This is a simple replacement texture set for the Enclave Officers Uniforms. It will change all of the above uniforms (both male and female) in your game to these camo colors.
I have left the leather the stock colors and only changed the cloth uniform pieces. This uniform in modeled after the old German Oak Leaf Camo Panzer Wrap.

Installation:
Extract the "textures" folder into your ..fallout/Data/ (directory)
In Fallout3.ini change bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
(Or toggle FOMM invalidation off and on to make sure the game picks up the new textures)

Deinstallation:
Delete the following folder ..fallout/Data/textures/armor/enclaveofficer
