Here is a small mod I made. It changes skill points back to FO1&2 standards.
V1.01 - minor bug fix
Skill Points = 5 + Intelligence (FO1&2 was [5+(intelligence*2)] but skills also went to 200%. This should be balanced perfectly)
Tagged Skills = 5 points + gain 2 points for every one allocated.
Tag! Perk now available at level 12.
It makes tagged skills much more important. Let me know what you think.
Using 'advlevel' cheat I had 4 tagged skills @ 100%, and all other between 50-60%. Balanced?
