UPDATE! NEW VERSION SHOULD WORK WITH EVERYTHING!

***READ THIS FIRST***
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS! THIS WILL EXPLAIN THE PROBLEMS THAT I'M READING THAT ARE 'I'm only getting half the pipboy' or 'I see half the old one'

***EXPLANATION***
When you load FO3, it reads the /data folder and overrides the original files with the files/addons that are in the data folder. When you install a pipboy skin, it overrides the original skin, but it only overrides certain parts that are named in that folder. For instance, my skin is just a retexture, and a few lighting changes. If you've installed an old skin that has more parts, custom buttons, different lighting, etc. they will load them in addition to mine, so you get half and half. I will re-mip map this when I release the next update after some further bug checking in different resolutions!

***HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART***
YOU NEED TO DELETE THE OLD PIPBOY3000 FOLDER, OR MOVE IT FOR SAFEKEEPING! By overwriting JUST my files, you keep half the files that I did not use (screen glares, etc) from older pipboys you've installed and override half the needed files with mine!

Props:
I think I downloaded, looked at, and borrowed from every pipboy retext on fallout3nexus. So props to all the people who did work. Bare metal and hectrol's come to mind as big contributors. I don't really understand how the shading works, so some of the shading is a little off in places. If you know how to fix this or have suggestions, leave them in the comments section here.

Installation:
If you don't have ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated, go get it.

Then, drop into your \Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data\ directory. Overwrite if necessary.

DISCLAIMER:
You may want to keep a copy of anything you overwrite, just to be on the safe side. I am in no way responsible if you lobotomize your pip boy! Worst case scenario, you can delete the entire pipboy3000 folder and it will default to the default pipboy. Dunno who couldn't figure this out and thumbed my text down >.>
