Enables fast travel from almost all interiors. Other restrictions, such as not being able to fast travel in the presence of enemies, still apply.
Only vanilla Fallout 3 locations are effected. Any buildings/rooms added by DLCs or mods might still have fast-travel disabled.
This mod is intended for people who have already killed everything or otherwise finished with a location, but are too lazy/impatient to want to walk ALL the way to the exit when they're done. So, I tried to make sure that fast travel was NOT enabled in any interiors where it could mess-up quests. At the moment, excluded locations are:
-Raven Rock
-Vault 87
-Jefferson Memorial Rotunda
If you can think of any other interiors that should not be fast-traveled out of because of quests, please mention! (Note that at the beginning of the game, you can't fast travel out of Vault 101 whether or not fast travel is enabled from there, because you haven't discovered any other locations.)
