A door in the citadel bailey to the destroyed version of the citadel.

I am a noob, so any help fixing the bugs would be appreciated.
Door to the destroyed citadel: a mod by apieperson
DESCRIPTION:
It's a door to the destroyed version of the citadel that happens when you choose to destroy it at
the end of broken steel. to return to reality you have to use the door that was originally to
the capitol wasteland. YES! you do have to have broken steel!
BUGS:
when entering the destroyed citadel, you spawn outsite for some reason and you have to tcl in.FIXED!!!!
You cannot take the evil path with this mod installed or the citadel will be broken.
