Description
===========
Well I got the new DLC the other day and wanted to do something awesome so I looked around for awhile. The boat that takes you to Point Lookout looked pretty kool so I decided to turn it into a player home. If you see any bugs or anything that looks out of the ordinary comment. I'm new to modding give me cred pls :)

Location
========
It's located between RivetCity and The Jefferson Momorial. Shouldn't be that hard to find.

Details
=======
This mod adds a boathouse the player can use as a home. Includes a bunch of clutter, a bed, storage, etc. The boathouse is all exterior so you will not need a key.

Install
=======
1. Extract the .esp to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
4. Start Fallout3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
