Changes it so that if you let ghouls move into Tenpenny tower via diplomacy they will live in peace with the existing residents.
This is a re-make of the ghouls cohabitate mod. Seeing as the original maker of ghouls cohabitate got himself banned and his files removed from Fallout 3 Nexus.
