Wat dis does is it makes the safehouse better by adding pretty pics on walls and cleaner furniture and removes the random dead skeleton thing and also adds security cameras on the walls to mimick the safehouse effect. also adds the mother of all punga fruit that heals 100 health and 500 rads. umm adds more cool stuff and safes and other things.
