With this mod, you'll only see Ash Piles and Goo Piles once, when they are first created. After you leave the area they are in, and later return back, they will have disappeared. This affects the piles of all enemies, both ones that respawn and those who don't. Respawning characters keep respawning normally.
Example (video): Turn some folk in Megaton into Ash Piles or Goo Piles, and then exit the town and go back in again. The piles will have all vanished, instead of littering the town. Note, however, that the piles do not always disappear instantly as in this example; usually, you will have to (fast) travel away from where you are and once you return, the piles will be gone.
Update: A new, smaller version of this mod has been uploaded, as I found out that the script I was using for the piles to disappear actually already existed in the game, and twice, too. The new version is the same as the old one, minus the script I made (the piles have one of the pre-existing scripts instead).
Anyone can feel free to use this mod in any way they like. There is no need to ask for permission.
